Eagle360-4Bay version: The basic Eagle360 gives you bays for front, back, left, and right facing GoPro cameras. Available in affordable mounting for composite, aluminum and/or pressurized airframes as well as for unpressurized aluminum airframes.
If you require a downward facing camera as well, look below for the 5-bay version.
LD-2 Power Pack for 4 bay Eagle360: What if you require longer run times, or function in a very cold environment, either to capture your landing in a scenic destination at the end of a long flight, or for high altitude operations, or for commercial use doing a pipeline patrol or something similar?
The LD-2 drops into the center bay of the Eagle360 and will provide a total of about 23+ hours of runtime, or if you run 4 cameras, more than 5.5 hours per camera of continuous video at temperatures above freezing. When used with the more recent Hero3+ and Hero 4 camera runtimes increase to over 6 hours/camera.
Eagle360-5 Bay version: Need a downward facing camera for mapping or patrol use? Then pick the 5 bay Eagle360: it adds a down facing bay to the front, back, left, and right facing GoPro camera bays. Available in Bonded Mounting (composite, aluminum and/or pressurized airframes) as well as riveted (unpressurized aluminum airframes only) versions.
LD-2A Power Pack for the 5 bay Eagle360: What if you require longer run times, or function in a very cold environment, either to capture your landing in a scenic destination at the end of a long flight, or for high altitude operations, or for commercial use doing a pipeline patrol or something similar?
The LD-2A drops into an outside bay of the Eagle360 and will provide a total of about 23+ hours of runtime, or if you run 4 cameras, more than 5.5 hours per camera of continuous video at temperatures above freezing. When used with the more recent Hero3+ and Hero 4 camera runtimes increase to over 6 hours per camera! Includes LD-Spyder, below.
LD-Spyder: If you have field approval for an external power source for your Eagle360, or fly an experimental aircraft, the LD Spyder allows you to hook to an external power source and power all 5 GoPro cameras in your Eagle360, eliminating battery life as a concern. Just connect the red and black wires to an external source that delivers 5-5.2 volts, clip the Spyder backpack to the Hero camera in the downward facing bay, and the USB cables go to up to 4 side bay cameras.
